We sell sarees and related apparel.
Product images are for representation purposes only; actual colors, patterns, or textures may slightly differ due to photography and screen settings.
All prices are listed in BDT / USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after full/partial payment (depending on payment method).
We accept bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery, Debit/Credit Card, etc.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh and all over the world.
Delivery time usually takes 1-5 working days for local / 15-20 days for international, but delays may occur due to courier or unforeseen issues.
Shipping charges (if any) will be shown during checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if the product is faulty, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Customized, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return/refund.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method within 15 days.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure correct shipping details (address, contact number) are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
Handle sarees according to care instructions to maintain fabric quality.
