Refund & Returns Policy

At EshaNill, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in ensuring quality before shipping every saree. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (with tags/packaging intact).
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

  • Sarees that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance offers.
  • Customized or pre-ordered items made on request.
  • Slight color/pattern differences due to photography or screen display.

3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at eshanill.official@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.
  4. You must ship the item back at your own cost (unless the product was defective or wrong item sent).
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Card, Bank, etc.) within 15 working days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via [Bank transfer / Mobile wallet].
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
  • We will replace the product at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
